I don’t think suicidal people get enough credit for not acting on their suicidal thoughts.

This post is for all of you who have survived the urge to end your life, either coming out the other side or still fighting to stay alive.

I noticed how when someone has a physical illness such as cancer, and they come out the other side or even remission, they are able to celebrate surviving. I think all of the survivors of being suicidal should too.

Congratulations, and keep on fighting.

Remember how it first felt when you started losing weight? When the number on the scale got smaller and smaller, when your clothes got bigger and bigger, when your confidence level went higher and higher. Don’t let that feeling get taken away from you. Remember how good that felt? Get that back. Don’t lose yourself to discouragement and laziness. Come on, girl. You can do this.

About Me

My name is Marie and I am 19 years old. I'm a freshmen in college and am currently trying to get my Associates Degree. I'm honestly a very simple girl that would love nothing more than to sit and read with a cup of tea and a mountain of blankets for hours on end. I'm the quiet type when you first get to know me, but I love to have fun and meet new people.

The whole reason I've started this blog is to just express who I am and what I love. Mostly I use this blog to track my fitness progress and to be an active and helpful fitblr to all of those that may need inspiration and help like I do. If you have questions, don't be afraid to ask me anything. I am an open book!
